白光共轭焦轮廓仪

产品类型：白光、共轭焦、非接触
μSurf结合CCD的影像摄取，以有许多孔洞的旋转盘取代侦测器的孔洞，再将物鏡垂直移动，以类似断层摄影方式，精确量测物体高度(如下图所示)。
由于使用了共轭焦的方法，在测量渐变较大的高度时，跟其他同类公司产品使用较多的干涉法相比，可以精确量测物体高度，建立3D立体影像，优势相当明显。
